The crackle of the revel fire; the whistle of the wind in the branches; the gentle patter of rain; the thrumming of the earth; and the melody of the spirit. These make up the song of the universe. Listen to the song in your heart and come join your community as we dance through the turning of the seasons.

The Council of Magickal Arts is pleased to announce Beltane 2009, a celebration of the return of Spring. Come join us for four days of chant and song, drum and dance, ritual and revelry. Events this festival include rituals from a wide variety of traditions presented by various members of the community, musical guests representing a wide range of genres (from chant to celtic to rock and back again), our traditional Hafla and dance presentation, and much more.

CMA is a family friendly camping event, with workshops and activities for all ages. Bring the kids out for the Junior Highland Games and stick around for the "Song of Spring" art show. For the adults, don your best fae finery for the 2nd annual Faery Court Costume Ball or bring your drum down to the revel fire.

CMA promotes spirituality based on Pagan beliefs, and is open to people of all traditions who are interested in celebrating nature, spirit and community. Registration for CMA Beltane is available online or by mail until March 15th. Late registration tickets will be available at the gate (please note - you must have an active membership to purchase a ticket on site).
